حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیمار کے لیے اور میت کے سوگواروں کے لیے تلبینہ  پکانے کا حکم دیتی تھیں اور فرماتی تھیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنا آپ نے فرمایا کہ تلبینہ مریض کے دل کو سکون پہنچاتا ہے اور غم کو دور کرتا ہے ۔
